How much do candidate assessment and executive coaching services cost? 

On average, our services cost about half of what other firms charge, and we offer the same expertise or better.  Just like our approach to services, pricing is tailored to meet the needs of each client.


How long does it take to evaluate a candidate?

Once the candidate completes the psychological assessments and interview, we can provide an extensive written report and a phone briefing (e.g., to discuss findings and recommendations) within five business days.  As needed, “priority” assessments can also be completed in less time, during weekends and holidays, etc.


Where are assessments conducted?

We can evaluate and/or coach just about anywhere in the word.  Psychological assessments can be completed online and interviews can be conducted virtually (via Skype, telephone, etc.) or onsite at clients’ offices.


Do candidates receive the results of the assessment? 

Assessment results can be tremendously useful for guiding people’s success in new roles.  Usually, when external candidates are hired, they can review assessment results with one of our assessors to gain insight into their development opportunities and strengths they can leverage.  Assessment information is also typically provided to internal candidates (who were assessed for development or promotion opportunities).  However, assessment results are not provided to external candidates who are not hired.
